CM Yogi transferred Rs 15 crore to friends of bank account, interacted with beneficiaries
Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday transferred Rs 15 crore to bank accounts of bank friends for 1.5 lakh self-help groups. Along with this, he also interacted with seven beneficiaries of various schemes. CM Yogi said that there have been governments in the country since 1947, but the process of implementing social protection programs for the literal poor started from 2014.
CM Yogi further stated that during the tenure of Prime Minister Modi, many important changes are seen in the country. India’s respect on the world stage has increased. The benefits of the schemes reach the poor directly without any discrimination. CM Yogi further stated that UP is the only state where every village gets facilities through BC Sakhi, every household does banking work and that is the real change. Today, every person in the state enjoys the banking service. CM Yogi said that Prime Minister Modi gave the slogan “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” in 2013-2014 which seems to come true at present. Over the past 8 years, over 3 million families have been granted homes in the country, in UP alone, 43.5 million poor people have been granted homes.
CM Yogi said that under Prime Minister Awas Yojana, one lakh twenty thousand rupees are given for construction of houses in rural areas and 2.5 lakh rupees in urban areas. A relaxation of the standards was also granted to allow the scheme to benefit from advantages in urban areas. He further said that in the 2011-12 survey, the poor whose names were omitted, we linked them to the chief minister’s housing scheme, through which castes like Vantangia, Musahar could also benefit from the scheme. .
